POSITION TITLE: Account Executive – (Kroger)
This position’s primary responsibility will be to call on the headquarters of Kroger to impact our sales volume. The Account Executive will present new programs and new items that drive distribution, trial, and volume of key wine, spirits, beer, and non-alcohol brands within each state.
The Account Executive role will also work closely with key managers in all states ensuring Young’s execution of all programs is at the highest level. They will work collaboratively with our clients driving new programming and other key initiatives.
This position reports directly to the Senior Director, Sales Kroger
COMMUNICATION SKILLS: This position requires the ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. This position also requires the ability to write detailed reports and correspondence. The position further requires the ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations to sales management, other employees, and customers.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: This position will require the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. This position also requires the ability to apply concepts such of basic algebra.
REASONING ABILITY: This position requires the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. This position also requires the ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Must have a good driving record, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance coverage.
