As part of the Talent Acquisition Team, the Sr. Recruiter will source and recruit for professional level positions, lead special projects, and identify opportunities to improve processes to ensure we are employing best practices. As a Sr. Recruiter, you will provide strategic support for multiple groups in our network in areas such as sales, corporate staff, IT, and operations.
The Sr. Recruiter will rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. You will perform a variety of tasks to support the recruiting team and report directly to the Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition.
