The Key Account Manager will maximize Young’s Market Company Wine and Spirits portfolio’s performance through effectively coaching team’s to uncover opportunities, identify appropriate brands to satisfy customer needs and to deliver professional sales presentations. They will also be called upon for Key Account selling as assigned by management.
Accountability: This position is required to serve as information resources for, and conduits between, the field and Senior Management.
This position requires the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. This position also requires the ability to write routine reports and correspondence. This position further requires the ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
This position requires the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume.
This position requires the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. This position further requires the ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATION, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Must possess valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and clean DMV record. Must be at least 21 years old.
