Provide excellent sales and support to current and potential customers by phone in order to grow prospects and increase revenue. Build long term customer relationships based on integrity and trust. Will drive sales through execution of sales plans and objectives. Manage time and activities to ensure achievement of company and supplier volume, distribution and promotional objectives among the assigned account list.
EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED equivalent. 1 to 4 years of experience in a beer, wine and/or spirits marketing or sales environment preferred.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, gross profits, pour costs, proportions and percentages. Ability to apply concepts of mathematical data to business needs.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to overcome objections, manage disgruntled customers while maintaining a positive attitude.
