  • Overview

    The Sr. HRIS Analyst will define, develop and implement solutions for proposed and ongoing human resource information systems and subsystems. This position will be the most technical on the HRIS Team, and be responsible for systems configuration, creation of integrations and complex reporting. The Sr. HRIS Analyst will act as a technical point of contact and is expected to demonstrate a high level of subject matter expertise in their functional and technical area. 

     

    The Sr. HRIS Analyst will develop or modify programs to ensure the effective storage, retrieval and reporting of employee data. The Sr. HRIS Analyst will be responsible for complex reporting, metrics compilation and analysis of statistical data. Continuously identifies system efficiencies and effectiveness and identifying alternatives that better meet business needs. This position provides HRIS systems support to end-users. 

    Responsibilities

     

    • Create integrations and support the testing and implementation out of and into the HR Systems from vendor or internal provided Specification Documents.
    • Responsible for the configuration and administration of multiple HR systems.
    • Utilize data and systems knowledge to design, develop, and maintain complex custom reports and queries as needed by stakeholders.
    • Perform data analysis to ensure the integrity of systems, delivery of information, and communicate process improvement opportunities to internal and external stakeholders. 
    • Develop user procedures, guidelines and department procedure documentation including training materials to HR team members on system functionality.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.

    Qualifications

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Information Management, Business, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • 5 to 7 years of experience managing HR Systems (such as Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP).
    • Must have experience with creating system interface files (inbound and outbound integrations).
    • Significant exposure to HRIS workflows, HR functionality and associated processes.
    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUp, Macros).
    • Must have working knowledge of HR business processes/procedures terminology and compliance.
    • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage change successfully through influencing others.
    • Must have previous exposure with active participation in system-related HRIS projects.

     DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Proficiency with SQL and XSL highly desirable.
    • Prior experience with Workday is highly desirable.
    • Experience with Workday Studio highly desirable.
    • Experience in configuring Kronos or equivalent Timekeeping systems is highly desirable.
