The Sr. HRIS Analyst will define, develop and implement solutions for proposed and ongoing human resource information systems and subsystems. This position will analyze business requirements, determine software requirements and processes to meet data management needs. The Sr. HRIS Analyst will act as a technical point of contact and is expected to demonstrate a high level of subject matter expertise in their functional and technical area.
The Sr. HRIS Analyst will develop or modify programs to ensure the effective storage, retrieval and reporting of employee data. The Sr. HRIS Analyst will be responsible for complex reporting, metrics compilation and analysis of statistical data. Continuously identifies system efficiencies and effectiveness and identifying alternatives that better meet business needs. This position will ensure integrity of HR databases and provides HRIS systems support to end-users.
