    POSITION TITLE: Salesforce Analyst



    This Salesforce Analyst will support the Activation & Execution team to support system usage, primarily Saelsforce & CPG. The Business Analyst will be responsible for Salesforce reporting on identified business critical reports ensuring timely & accurate delivery, providing thoughtful analysis and business insights. The role requires heavy Salesforce and Excel use and expertise, the ability to understand data and systems, and the ability to produce a polished and professional presentation. 



    • Creates Salesforce reports to satisfy the data needs of the department and company.
    • Suggests reporting structure, content and key elements and collaborates with multiple sources to produce the best output.
    • Manage Salesforce and other reports, analyses & dashboards, (all aspects from content, configuration, delivery, insights, and recommendations).
    • Seeks out and collects feedback on reporting from the business and business leaders and proactively supports their requests.
    • Analyze data from sources such as Salesforce, CPG, Nielsen, Diver, Accounting, and HR in order to provide accurate data to the business.
    • Prepare reports, charts, graphs and/or presentations based on data analytics.
    • Ensure data Quality Control, cross referencing, and cleansing.
    • Willingly educate others on Salesforce reporting techniques




    • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year college or university in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
    • At least 2 years' experience as a business analyst is required.
    • At least 1 year of experience building Salesforce reports is required.
    • 3-5 years of Salesforce Experience is required.
    • Wine & Spirits industry strongly preferred.

    COMMUNICATION SKILLS: This position requires the ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. This role also requires the ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. This position requires the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.


    MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: This role requires the ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. This position also requires the ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.


    REASONING ABILITY: This position requires the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. This role further requires the ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.



    • Proficient in Salesforce.
    • Proficient in Einstein Analystics.
    • Must have moderate to advanced Excel skills/knowledge. Must be proficient at pivot tables, power pivot, Macros, VLOOKUP and complex formula writing
    • Ability to import and export data to Excel and other outside data sources.
    • Proficient in Windows environment and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) environment.
    • Ability to work and communicate with management, colleagues and customers throughout the business and industry at every level.
    • Knowledge of and ability to utilize customer profile and information.
    • Ability to coordinate multiple and diverse options for selling organization's products and services.
    • Ability to manage, implement and innovate business solutions
    • Ability to foresee potential obstacles and independently problem solve
