    The Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition will lead the talent acquisition team in meeting the company’s hiring objectives of acquiring top talent by developing and executing the strategy, developing measurement tools for evaluation, and ensuring alignment with the organization’s vision, mission, and values.    


    This position will also be responsible for managing executive level recruitment and ensuring employment law compliance throughout the entire talent acquisition operational function including the applicant tracking system.


    • Partner with key senior executives and hiring managers to thoroughly understand the company’s hiring initiatives and plan effectively.
    • Continue to expand the current talent acquisition strategy to ensure that it is fluid to changing business objectives.
    • Manage high volume recruitment and assist with the implementation of competency-based interviewing across the organization. 
    • Partner with the Director, HR Operations & EVP, Human Resources on executive recruitment efforts.
    • Responsible for management of all vendors in Talent Acquisition (systems, recruiting solutions, agencies and services) which includes but is not limited to monitoring contractual agreements, managing relationships and problem resolution.
    • Oversee the authorized staffing vendor process from a managed service provider aspect to ensure overall compliance and reduce liability to the organization.
    • Develop and implement effective recruiting metrics to monitor the success of the recruiting strategy. Collect, manage, and distribute recruiting team metrics to key stakeholders.
    • Lead employment branding efforts and serve as a liaison between the Communications team for the talent acquisition social media strategy.
    • Ensure that direct reports maintain accordance with documented processes including OFCCP compliance requirements.
    • Manage, develop, coach and mentor the talent acquisition staff.
    • Continue to review talent acquisition procedures and processes to ensure compliance and efficiencies and execute accordingly.
    • Oversee all recruitment programs and work with the Director, HR Operations to evaluate and ensure continued alignment of goals and objectives.
    • Monitor and ensure adherence to talent acquisition legal/compliance and reporting requirements.
    • Develop annual budget for Talent Acquisition function, monitor expenses, and ensure that the function operates within budget.
    • Act as administrator for the applicant tracking system with a strong ability to evaluate both candidate and user experiences.
    • Partner with our college recruiter to create and foster relationships with colleges and diverse professional organizations to attract and recruit alumni and diverse candidates.
    • Provide continuous improvement by researching and implementing best practices and procedures to ensure efficient sourcing and recruiting processes while attracting quality candidates.
    • Other duties as assigned.


    EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/EDUCATION: A Bachelor's degree (B.A) with a concentration in Business and/or Human Resources from an accredited four-year college or university.

    • At least 8 years of experience in talent acquisition or related role with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
    • PHR or SPHR preferred.
    • Knowledge of OFCCP rules and regulations.
    • Experience as an administrator of an ATS with implementation skills preferred.
    • Must have working knowledge of Federal and State Employment/Labor Laws.
    • Beverage industry recruiting experience preferred.
    • Must have experience in full lifecycle recruiting that includes budget management as well as the operational functions and compliance.
    • Experience developing and implementing an employment brand strategy that includes social media.
    • Experience managing a team of direct reports and developing individuals to drive high performance.
    • An ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities, meet deadlines and maintain professionalism under pressure.
    • Effective communication skills, written, verbal and listening skills.
    • Excellent organization and prioritization capabilities.

    • Ability to thrive in fast paced environment.


    COMMUNICATION SKILLS: This position will require the ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. This position will also require the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. This position will require the ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.


    MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: This position will require the ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. This position will also require the ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.


    REASONING ABILITY: This position will require the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. This position will also require the ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.



    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) environment.
