The Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition will lead the talent acquisition team in meeting the company’s hiring objectives of acquiring top talent by developing and executing the strategy, developing measurement tools for evaluation, and ensuring alignment with the organization’s vision, mission, and values.
This position will also be responsible for managing executive level recruitment and ensuring employment law compliance throughout the entire talent acquisition operational function including the applicant tracking system.
EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/EDUCATION: A Bachelor's degree (B.A) with a concentration in Business and/or Human Resources from an accredited four-year college or university.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS: This position will require the ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. This position will also require the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. This position will require the ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: This position will require the ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. This position will also require the ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY: This position will require the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. This position will also require the ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
