The "On Call" Customer Service / Credit Clerk works within a fast paced environment with diverse responsibility which includes but is not limited to providing world class customer service to both internal and external customers. Other tasks include cash application, account reconcilement, credit release functions, taking inbound calls for product orders and new accounts. Primary responsibility is timely and accurately processing orders utilizing multiple billing platforms which include EDI, winery directs and various 3rd party solutions or account reconcilement and credit release functions, depending on the needs of the customers.
