    POSITION TITLE: Pricing Support Coordinator



    The Pricing Support Coordinator will ensure that all YMCO products and pricing information is reviewed and accurately entered into Oracle.



    • Insure item setup information is correct and complete prior to entering into Oracle.
    • Review and maintain all cost, pricing and support information by item in the system and communicate changes to the sales teams.
    • Maintain pricing calendars to reflect all pricing that is or was in place during the calendar year.
    • Review and enter all special customer specific CDP discounts and communicate to sales.
    • Create all combos and flex assortments submitted by the programming team.
    • Create combo-flex reports each week and provide to the sales teams.
    • Maintain marketing fund support spreadsheets which are entered by the Chargeback Coordinator.
    • Report beer pricing to the state each month


    EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/EDUCATION: An Associate’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or other discipline with strong data analysis concentration from an accredited two year college or technical.

    • 2 to 3 years of experience in a pricing role in a CPG company is preferred.


    COMMUNICATION SKILLS: This position will require the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. This position also requires the ability to write routine reports and correspondence.


    MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: This position requires the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  This position also requires the ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.


    REASONING ABILITY: This position will require the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.  This position also requires the ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.



    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) environment.
    • Advanced Excel skills with direct experience in Pivot tables, macros, building spreadsheets, and presentation exhibits is preferred.
    • Must be a highly self-motivated individual with strong analytical and pro-active problem solving skills.
    • Knowledge of Oracle, TM1, and Driver systems preferred.
    • Knowledge of types, sizes, products, and category sales information would be helpful
