To maximize YMCO Wine and Spirits portfolio’s performance through effectively coaching team’s Account Managers to uncover opportunities, identify appropriate brands to satisfy customer needs and to deliver professional sales presentations. They will also be called upon for Key Account selling as assigned by management.
EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: CSS/CSW certifications preferred and also must possess valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and clean DMV record
Sales Tasks & Activities: Knowledge of processes, tools, techniques and theory behind selling the organization’s products or services.
Knowledge of Customers & Sales Channels: Knowledge of specific customer’s business operations and ability to coordinate multiple and diverse options for selling the organization’s products and services to each. Knowledge of and ability to utilize customer profile and information.
Knowledge of Product Line: Knowledge of specific products and associated development process and strategy.
