    The Salesforce Administrator performs functions such as design, analysis, evaluation, testing, debugging and implementation of Salesforce.com supporting company business processes and operations. CRM Administrator responsibilities include feature development, technically leading projects, business analysis, system maintenance, and Sales Rep support.

    Responsibilities

    • Supporting current Salesforce.com applications, portals and platforms by developing enhancements, performing maintenance, troubleshooting, system integration, and QA testing.
    • Interact with software providers, end users and decision makers up to the highest level within the organization to analyze and understand business requirements, translating them to viable business solutions using the current CRM application footprint.
    • Coordinate with software providers and end users, gather business requirements, define site objectives, envision system features and functionality.
    • Recommends system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development and purchase alternatives.
    • Supports users by developing documentation, assistance tools and providing comprehensive training.
    • Updates job knowledge by researching new internet/intranet technologies and software products, participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations.

    Qualifications

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
    • At least 3-year experience in Salesforce.com administration and/or development.
    • Extensive experience in SFDC specific technology: Apex, Visualforce, SOQL/Triggers a plus.
    • Hands on experience in troubleshooting user level techno-functional issues, enhancements and overall support of a post-implementation.
    • Strong understanding of application development on Salesforce Platform and Lightning.
    • Strong understanding of Einstein Analytics a plus.
    • Exceptional communication skills.

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • SFDC Admin - 201 Certification
