    A Sales Systems Support Analyst is tasked to design, develop, test, implement and support the technical solutions within the company’s Red Truck System as well as other business applications for the functional areas of sales and customer service.  This position will be part of the team working with business owners to formulate innovative business solutions in support of current and future business and Company sales objectives, along with providing day-to-day support for the system.

     

    This position will follow directions and assignments from the Pacific Northwest IT Director, and the Young’s Market Company corporate IT leadership located at Tustin and Los Angeles, California. Will work closely with all Young’s IT departments and business departments to ensure effective and timely IT support service.

    Responsibilities

    • Primary responsibilities to include: Reviewing, analyzing, testing, debugging and installing programs within the redTruck software and other bolt-on applications to support the organization’s application system and integration requirements while meeting the user’s request for all sales modules.
    • Supporting current applications, portals and systems by performing unit testing, troubleshooting, system integration testing, and UAT testing.
    • Spend time in field with Sales Reps to learn and understand how our team uses redTruck and Pocket Advantage. Recognize and design system improvement opportunities. Facilitate, coordinate and test problem solving solutions including database performance issues, database capacity issues, replication and other distributed data issues
    • Work collaboratively with the project teams including consultants, IT, and end users to develop test plans and lead test plan execution.
    • Assist in day-to-day operational support of the system, including maintenance tasks and user support. Daily monitoring of system health and performance.
    • Performs developer unit testing and executes a comprehensive system test prior to user testing.
    • Participate in the full redTruck and Pocket Advantage lifecycle including: planning, architecture design, development, testing, migration and production support.
    • Lead redTruck and Pocket Advantage IT and UAT testing.
    • Support computer/device setup and configuration. Level 3 redTruck and Pocket Advantage support.
    • Develop training materials to help users with new and existing features.
    • Backup and support for redTruck Manager.

    Qualifications

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
    • Sales Force Automation Applications; End User / Back End Experience
    • Salesforce systems experience
    • Hands on experience in troubleshooting user level Techno-functional issues, enhancements and overall support of a post-implementation.
    • Exceptional communication skills; Written and verbal
    • Microsoft Office Suite application proficiency
    • Web and Mobile Applications
